  • 1 Life Members and Ordinary members of UP Chapter of ASI are eligible to register as delegates. Membership of UP Chapter of ASI (life or ordinary) is mandatory for all delegates to take part in the academic deliberations.
  • 2 Those desiring to become Ordinary / Life members of ASI should download the membership form available on the homepage of the official website http://asiup.in/index.html.   • 3 There is no registration fee for delegates 70 years and above.
  • 4 Abstract Submission: Instruction related to abstract submission is available on the official website.
  • 5 Accommodation: Accommodation arrangements are to be made by delegates themselves. There are multiple 3 and 4 star hotels around the conference venue for the accommodation of the delegates. The details of the various options for accommodation are available on the official website of the conference.
  • 6 Transport: Travel Arrangements are to be made by the delegates themselves, assistance shall be provided.
